During our time in the picos, we occasionally found other animals and insects. Those which we are able to photograph are shown below. Thanks go to Keith Warmington for suggestions regarding the identification of the Asp Viper and Grass Snake.
Snakes: Asp Viper, Aesculapian Snake
Lizards: Viviparous Lizard, Iberian (Spanish) Wall Lizard, Ocellated Lizard.
Newts: Alpine Newt.
